Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat percaya diri dan motivasi berprestasi olahraga panahan pada atlet panahan KOP Fortius UNJ Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan instrumen menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet panahan KOP Fortius UNJ Tahun 2020 berjumlah 30 sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa percaya diri pada atlet panahan KOP Fortius UNJ Tahun 2020 secara keseluruhan tergolong ke dalam kategori rendah. Atlet yang memiliki percaya diri tinggi sebanyak 7 responden (35%), kategori sedang sebanyak 4 responden (20%), dan kategori rendah sebanyak 9 responden (45%). Sedangkan untuk motivasi berprestasi olahraga panahan pada atlet panahan KOP Fortius UNJ Tahun 2020, secara keseluruhan tergolong dalam kategori rendah. Atlet yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi olahraga tinggi sebanyak 7 responden (35%), kategori sedang sebanyak 4 responden (20%), dan kategori rendah 9 responden (45%). Kata Kunci : percaya diri, motivasi berprestasi, olahraga panahan   ****************** ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the level of confidence and achievement motivation for archery in 2020 of KOP Fortius UNJ archery athletes. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used in this research is a survey with instruments using a questionnaire. The population in this research were all archery athletes of KOP Fortius UNJ in 2020 amounted to 30 while the sample in this research amounted to 20. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it shows that the self-confidence in the archery athletes in 2020 of KOP Fortius UNJ belongs to the low category. Athletes with high self-confidence were 7 respondents (35%), in the medium category were 4 respondents (20%), and in the low category were 9 respondents (45%). While for the achievement motivation for archery in 2020 KOP Fortius UNJ archery athletes, as a whole belongs to the low category. Athletes who have high sports achievement motivation are 7 respondents (35%), medium category are 4 respondents (20%), and low category 9 respondents (45%).
