Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas V sekolah Dasar Negeri Beji 6 Kota Depok, pada bulan Juni tahun ajaran 2013-2014. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Metode penelitian ini dengan metode survey dengan menggunakan path analysis, yang bertujuan untuk menelaah: 1) pengaruh langsung antara kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar matematika, 2) pengaruh langsung antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika, 3) pengaruh langsung antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Uji normalitas menggunakan uji Liliefors diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,0627 untuk untuk variabel kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan 0,0730 untuk variabel motivasi berprestasi, 0,0601 variabel hasil belajar matematika dengan l tabel sebesar 0,889 yang menyatakan bahwa H0 diterima yang berarti data terdistribusi normal. Uji homogenitas dengan menggunakan uji Bartlet diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,260 dengan X 2 tabel sebesar 3,841 yang menyatakan H0 diterima yang berarti data bersifat homogen. Dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 0,163, terdapat pengaruh langsung antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 0,802 dan terdapat pengaruh langsung antara motivasi berprestasi terhadapkemampuan berpikir kritis sebesar 0,588 ********** This study aimed to determine the effect of ability to think critically and achievement motivation about result of learn mathematic at elementary school. The research was conducted in the elementary school fifth grade Beji 6, Depok, on June of the school year 2013/2014. The study sample of 100 respondents drawn with simple random sampling technique. This research method with a survey method using path analysis, which aim to examine: 1) the direct influence of the critical thinking skill of the mathematic, 2) the direct influence of achievement motivation of learning outcomes of methematic, learning outcomes, 3) the direct influence of achievement motivation on students critical thinking skill. Normality test using Liliefors test obtained a value of variable critical thinking, and 0,0730, 0,0627 for the variabel achievement motivation,0,0601 for the variable outcomes of mathematic learning with ltable 0,889 H0 stating acceptable which means the date are normally distributed. Bartlet homogeneity test using the test obtained a value of 0,260 to 3,481 at X2 tabel stating H0 is accepted which mean the data are homogeneous. In this study, it can be concluded that there is a direct effect between a direct influence of critical thinking on mathematic learning outcomes at 0,163, there is achievement motivation toward mathematic learning outcomes of 0,802 and there is a direct influence between achlevement motivation on critical thingking at 0,588.
