Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of team cohesiveness and conflict on teachers counterproductive work behavior (CWB) by using quantitative approach. The research methodology used survey. Data collection done towards 91 from 117 teacher’s at the state vocational high school in DKI Jakarta who become a team of Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) entrepreneurship. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with quessionaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is conculated that: (1) there is negative direct effect of team cohesiveness towards counterproductive work behavior, (2) there is positive direct effect of conflict towards counterproductive work behavior and (3) there is negative direct effect of team cohesiveness towards conflict
