Abstract

Body Posture Criteria in Receiving Ball Technique Based on Body Height Indoor Hockey Player Iskandar Zulkarnaen ZA Email: iskandarzulkarnaenz.a_9903818017@mhs.unj.ac.id ABSTRACT The purpose of this research to measure the criteria of the body in the technique of receiving the ball hockey players based on height. This research was conducted from May 2020 to January 2021 at the Indoor Hockey Field, Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta Jln. Youth, Rawamangun, East Jakarta. The population and sample in this study were hockey athletes at the State University of Jakarta, this research method is a mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative research. Technique data through questionnaires, observation, and interviews. The results of this study are 1) that playing experience, comfort, and posture support the ability to receive the ball, 2) body and arm length do not affect accuracy in receiving the ball, and 3) influence hand grip and comfort. Thus, it can be ignored that the attitude criteria can affect the ability of athletes to receive the ball in indoor hockey. Keywords: posture, indoor hockey, receiving the ball. KRITERIA SIKAP TUBUH DALAM TEKNIK RECEIVING BALL PEMAIN HOKI RUANGAN BERDASARKAN TINGGI BADAN ISKANDAR ZULKARNAEN ZA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria sikap tubuh dalam teknik receiving ball pemain hoki ruangan berdasarkan tinggi badan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2020 hingga bulan Januari 2021 di Lapangan Hoki Ruangan Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga Universitas Negeri Jakarta Jln. Pemuda, Rawamangun Jakarta Timur. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet Hoki Universitas Negeri Jakarta, metode penelitian ini adalah Mix method yaitu menggabungkan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) bahwa pengalaman bermain, kenyamanan, dan sikap tubuh mendukung kemampuan menerima bola, 2) tinggi badan dan panjang lengan tidak mempengaruhi keakuratan responden dalam melakukan penerimaan bola, dan 3) genggaman tangan mempengaruhi akurasi dan kenyamanan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kriteria sikap tubuh dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan atlet dalam menerima bola pada cabang olahraga hoki ruangan. Kata kunci: sikap tubuh, hoki ruangan, receiving ball.
