Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand the influence of selfefficacy and discipline on performance of school administrators at North Jakarta State Junjor High School. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypotesis. The data were collected through a questionnaire returned by a sample of 56 wich werw selected in a simple randaom way. The result of this study are : (1) there is a positif direct effect of self-efficacy on performance; (2) there is a positif direct effect of discipline on performance; (3) there is a positif direct effect of self-efficacy on discipline.
