Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of self-efficacy and goal commitment toward performance of the teachers in the senior high school at district Cibinong, Bogor regency. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. It was conducted to 104 teachers as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way. The data analysis and interpretation reveals that (1) there is a positive direct effect of self-efficacy on performnace, (2) there is a positive direct effect of goal commitment on performnace, (3) there is a positive direct effect of self-efficacy on goal commitmen.
