Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of work environment and self efficacy to the work ethics . It was a quantitative research in three schools located in Bogor's North , West Java . The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The target population of this research is 98 of teacher. Research samples selected as much as 79 teacher using simple random sampling technique. The research result reveals that: (1). There is a positive direct effect of work environment on work ethics.(2). There is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on work ethics, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of work environment on self efficacy.
