Abstract

The objective research is to know the effect of personality and organizational justice towards organizational citizenship behavior on Junior High School Teacher on South Jakarta.This research used quantitative approach. The research was conducted to all of teacher of Junior High School, by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Sample in this research were 91 teacher of Junior High School. The conclusions of this research are: (1) there is direct positive effect of personality towards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) there is direct positive effect oforganizational justice towards organizational citizenship behavior and (3) there is direct positive effect of personality towards organizational justice.
