Abstract

The objective research is to know the effect of power and trust on teachers counterproductive behavior at vocational high school in Pekanbaru city. The research was conducted by a survey method with the causal study and 193 samples has been selected by Slovin technique. The data have been analize by applying path analysis. Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. Reveals findings: there is a negative effect of power on counterproductive behavior, there is a negative effect of trust on counterproductive behavior, there is a positive effect of power on trust. Therefore, it could be concluded that if we want to decrease their counterproductive behavior, power, and their trust could be taking into consideration.
