Abstract

Fokus pada penelitian kali ini adalah untuk membuat model latihan jurus golok pada seni tunggal IPSI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dari ADDIE, dimana metode ini dijadikan pedoman dalam pembuatan model latihan jurus golok. Uji validasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli, dimana model yang telah dibuat dikonsultasikan dan dinilai oleh para ahli dalam bidang olahraga pencak silat. Melalui uji validasi menghasilkan produk berupa model latihan jurus golok seni tunggal ipsi sebanyak 5 (lima) model latihan golok dan variasi pengembangan model latihannya, yakni 1. Teknik Dasar Golok Tanpa Melangkah, 2. Teknik Dasar Golok Menggunakan Langkah, 3. Jurus 1 Golok Tunggal Baku IPSI, 4. Jurus 2 Golok Tunggal Baku IPSI, 3. Jurus 3 Golok Tunggal Baku IPSI. Kesimpulan akhir yang diperoleh melalui penelitian yang sudah di revisi dan divalidasi oleh 3 pakar ahli dalam cabang olahraga pencak silat ini adalah menghasilkan 5 (lima) model latihan jurus golok dan menghasilkan 26 pengembangan model latihan jurus golok tunggal IPSI. Kata kunci: Model Latihan, Seni Tunggal Baku IPSI, Jurus Golok ************** The focus of this research is to create a model of the machete move exercise in the IPSI single art. This study used the Research and Development method (Research and Development) from ADDIE, where this method was used as a guide in making machete training model. The validation test used in this research is to use an expert justification test, where the model that has been made is consulted and assessed by experts in the field of pencak silat. Through the validation test, the product in the form of a single ipsi art golok training model consists of 5 (five) machete training models and variations in the development of the training model, namely 1. Basic Golok Techniques Without Stepping, 2. Basic Golok Techniques Using Steps, 3. Kick 1 Single Golok IPSI Baku Standard, 4. IPSI Standard 2 Single Golok, 3. IPSI Standard 3 Single Golok Technique The final conclusion obtained through research that has been revised and validated by 3 experts in the sport of pencak silat is to produce 5 (five) training models machete moves and resulted in the development of 26 IPSI single machete training models.
