Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris mengenai hubungan antara sikap peduli lingkungan dengan partisipasi memelihara lingkungan pada pedagang di Pasar Kali Baru Cilincing, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pedagang di Pasar Kali Baru Cilincing, Jakarta Utara dengan jumlah sampel 72 pedagang dengan teknik snowball sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk variabel sikap peduli lingkungan dan partisipasi memelihara lingkungan adalah angket. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data penelitian diperoleh regresi linier sederhana Ŷ=0,439+0,787X. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji keberartian regresi diperoleh Fhitung = 39,964 > Ftabel = 3,98 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa regresi signifikan. Sedangkan hasil uji linieritas diperoleh Fhitung = 0,638 < Ftabel 1,775 dengan demikian regresi bersifat linier. Selanjutnya hasil uji korelasi product moment diperoleh korelasi rhitung = 0,576 > rtabel = 0,231 artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan berada pada kategori cukup kuat. Uji signifikansi hubungan menggunakan uji t, diperoleh thitung = 7,201 > ttabel = 1,994 artinya hubungan antara variabel X (Sikap Peduli Lingkungan) dengan variabel Y (Partisipasi Memelihara Lingkungan) adalah signifikan. Hasil dari koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,576. Koefisien determinasi sebesar rxy2 = 0,331 artinya variabel X berkontribusi terhadap variabel Y sebesar 33,1%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara sikap peduli lingkungan dengan partisipasi dalam memelihara lingkungan. *********** The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical data regarding the relationship between environmental care attitudes and participation in preserving the environment for traders at Kali Baru Cilincing Market, North Jakarta. The method used is a correlational method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on traders at Pasar Kali Baru Cilincing, North Jakarta with a sample of 72 traders using snowball sampling technique. The instrument used for the variables of environmental care and participation in protecting the environment is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the calculation research data obtained simple linear regression "Y" =0.439+0.787X. Based on the results of the calculation of the regression significance test obtained Fcount 39,964 > Ftable 3.98 this indicates that the regression is significant. While the results of the linearity test obtained Fcount 0.638 < Ftable 1.775, thus the regression is linear. Furthermore, the results of the product moment correlation test obtained a correlation of rcount 0.576 > rtable 0.231, meaning that there is a positive relationship and is in a fairly strong category. Test the significance of the relationship using the t test, obtained tcount 7,201 > ttable 1,994, meaning that the relationship between the X variable (Environmental Care Attitudes) and Y (Environmental Care Participation) is significant. The results of the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.576. The coefficient of determination of rxy2 = 0.331 means that the X variable contributes to the Y variable by 33.1%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive relationship between the attitude of caring for the environment and participation in preserving the environment.
