Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kesiapan dari guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Kecamatan Cilincing dalam menghadapi Merdeka Belajar. Dalam rangka memerinci tujuan di atas, maka diperlukan tujuan-tujuan khusus yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kompetensi penalaran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kemampuan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai problem solver, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kemampuan penggunaan metode pembelajaran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kemampuan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam beradaptasi dengan keadaan zaman. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga sekolah di wilayah Kecamatan Cilincing, yaitu SMP Negeri 231 Jakarta, SMP Negeri 289 Jakarta, dan SMP Yaspi Jakarta. Ketiga sekolah ini merupakan perwakilan dari sekolah menengah, atas, dan bawah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket/kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan persentase. Teori utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori dari Asfiati mengenai 10 tuntutan yang harus dimiliki oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam program Merdeka Belajar. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa secara keseluruhan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Kecamatan Cilincing telah siap dalam menghadapi program Merdeka Belajar. Hal ini terlihat dari kompetensi penalaran yang dimiliki oleh guru, kemampuan guru sebagai problem solver, kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran, serta kemampuan guru dalam beradaptasi dengan keadaan zaman. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the readiness of Islamic Education teachers at SMP Kecamatan Cilincing in facing Merdeka Belajar. In order to detail the objectives above, special objectives are needed, namely describing and analyzing the reasoning competence of Islamic Education teachers, describing and analyzing the ability of Islamic Education teachers as a problem solver, describing and analyzing the ability to use Islamic Education teacher learning methods, and describing and analyzing the ability of Islamic Education teachers in adapting to the conditions of the times. This research was conducted in three schools in Kecamatan Cilincing, namely SMP Negeri 231 Jakarta, SMP Negeri 289 Jakarta, and SMP Yaspi Jakarta. These three schools are representatives of middle, upper, and lower schools. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was a qualitative descriptive analysis with a percentage. The main theory used in this research is the theory from Asfiati regarding the 10 demands that Islamic Education teachers must have in the Merdeka Belajar program. From the results of the study, it was concluded that overall the Islamic Education teachers at SMP Kecamatan Cilincing were ready to face the Merdeka Belajar program. This can be seen from the reasoning competence possessed by the teacher, the teacher's ability as a problem solver, the teacher's ability to use learning methods, and the teacher's ability to adapt to the conditions of the times.
