Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECEPATAN DAN KELENTUKAN TOGOK DENGAN KETERAMPILAN MAWASHI GERI PADA SISWA EKSTRAKULIKULER SMA NEGERI 1 CIBINONG ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecepatan dengan keterampilan Mawashi Geri pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Cibinong, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelentukan dengan keterampilan Mawashi Geri pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Cibinong, dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecepatan dan kelentukan togok dengan keterampilan Mawashi Geri pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Cibinong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan teknik korelasional. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif menurut sugiyono data penelitian pada pendekatan kuantitatif berupa angka – angka dan analisis menggunakan statistik. Variabel yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan kecepatan dan kelentukan togok sebagai variabel bebas serta keterampilan Mawashi Geri sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi yang diambil peneliti adalah Seluruh anggota ekstrakurikuler karate SMA N 1 Cibinong, Perpuasive sampel yang diambil adalah 10 orang siswa ektrakurikuler SMA N 1 Cibinong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kecepatan dengan keterampilan Mawashi Geri, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kelentukan togok dengan keterampilan Mawashi Geri, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kecepatan dan kelentukan togok dengan keterampilan Mawashi Geri. Kata Kunci : Kecepatan, Kelentukan togok, Mawashi Geri, Karate THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SPEED AND FLEXIBILITY WITH MAWASHI GERI SKILLS IN EXTRACURRICULAR STUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI 1 CIBINONG ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between speed and Mawashi Geri skills in extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Cibinong, to determine the relationship between flexibility and Mawashi Geri skills in extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Cibinong, and to determine the relationship between speed and flexibility of the togok with Mawashi Geri skills. in SMA Negeri 1 Cibinong students. This study uses a method with a correlational technique. The research approach carried out is a quantitative research approach according to Sugiyono, research data on a quantitative approach in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The variables that will be examined in this study are the relationship between speed and flexibility of the togok as independent variables and Mawashi Geri skills as the dependent variable. The population taken by the researcher was all members of the karate extracurricular at SMA N 1 Cibinong, Pergrative the sample taken was 10 extracurricular students at SMA N 1 Cibinong. The results showed that there was no relationship between speed and Mawashi Geri skills, the results showed that there was no relationship between togok flexibility and Mawashi Geri skills, the results showed that there was no relationship between togok speed and flexibility with Mawashi Geri skills.
