Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan sikap bela negara dengan subfokus rasa nasionalisme pada Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) SMA Negeri 58 Jakarta Timur melalui program yang diselenggarakan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan informan seperti pengurus OSIS dan key informan seperti wakil kepala sekolah bidang peserta didik dan stafnya. Adapun teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah member check, audit trail, triangulasi, dan expert opinion oleh Yuyus Kardiman, M.Pd selaku Dosen PPKn FIS UNJ. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian di laksanakan pada 30 Maret s.d 8 Juni 2021 di SMA Negeri 58 Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pelaksanaan program OSIS, yaitu ESCAPE dan KADO LIVAN telah terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai bela negara dalam UU No. 23 Tahun 2019 pasal 7 (3) yang diwujudkan dalam indikator seperti cinta tanah air, keberanian, rela berkorban, pantang menyerah, disiplin, kreativitas, percaya diri, persatuan, dan kesatuan serta kesadaran berbangsa dan bernegara. Sementara itu, bentuk penumbuhan rasa nasionalisme OSIS ditemukan melalui 3 tahap: 1) pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan OSIS; 2) pembinaan oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang peserta didik dan stafnya dan 3) pembiasaan yang terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu a) tugas OSIS dalam mengawasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan b) selama pelaksanaan program. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) terdapat dua program yaitu ESCAPE dan KADO LIVAN; 2) kedua program telah melalui proses implementasi, namun pada tahap evaluasi masih belum dilakukan secara maksimal karena hanya berfokus pada pemenuhan syarat administrasi. Kemudian wujud disiplin dalam pemenuhan nilai kemampuan awal bela negara juga belum terlihat karena terjadi keterlambatan dalam penyerahan administrasi programnya. Dengan demikian implementasi program sikap bela negara pada OSIS SMAN 58 Jakarta telah mencapai indikator-indikator yang ada, namun belum terselenggara secara maksimal; dan 3) bentuk-bentuk nasionalisme OSIS telah memenuhi indikator peningkatan rasa nasionalisme yang ada. This study aims to determine the process of implementing state defense with a sub-focus on a sense of nationalism at the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) of SMA Negeri 58 East Jakarta through programs that are held starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with informants such as OSIS administrators and key informants such as the vice principal of the student body and their staff. The data validity techniques used were member check, audit trail, triangulation, and expert opinion by Yuyus Kardiman, M.Pd as a PPKn FIS UNJ Lecturer. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The research was carried out from March 30 to June 8, 2021 at SMA Negeri 58 East Jakarta. The results of the study indicate that the process of implementing the OSIS program, namely ESCAPE and KADO LIVAN, has been integrated with the values of defending the country in Law no. 23 of 2019 article 7 (3) which is manifested in indicators such as love for the homeland, courage, willing to sacrifice, never give up, discipline, creativity, self-confidence, unity, and integrity as well as awareness of the nation and state. Meanwhile, the form of fostering a sense of OSIS nationalism was found through 3 stages: 1) basic OSIS leadership training; 2) coaching by the vice principal for students and their staff and 3) habituation which is divided into two, namely a) OSIS duties in supervising extracurricular activities, and b) during program implementation. The conclusions of this study are: 1) there are two programs, namely ESCAPE and KADO LIVAN; 2) both programs have gone through the implementation process, but at the evaluation stage it has not been carried out optimally because it only focuses on fulfilling administrative requirements. Then the form of discipline in fulfilling the initial ability to defend the state has not been seen because there was a delay in the submission of program administration. Thus the implementation of the state defense attitude program at the OSIS SMAN 58 Jakarta has reached the existing indicators but has not been implemented optimally; and 3) the forms of OSIS nationalism have met the indicators of increasing the existing sense of nationalism.
