Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumtif dalam berbelanja online dalam penggunaan aplikasi Shopee pada mahasiswa pendidikan ilmu pengetahuan sosial angkatan 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket (kuesioner) dan studi kepustakaan sebagai dokumen pendukung. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukan perilaku konsumtif yang terjadi pada mahasiswa P.IPS Angkatan 2017 dikarenakan adanya beberapa faktor seperti harga, kemudahan belanja, kepercayaan belanja, kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang ditawarkan oleh Shopee. This study aims to determine consumptive behavior in online shopping in the use of the Shopee applications in 2017 social science education students. The research of this study uses descriptive methods. The data was obtain by collecting data using observations, interviews, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies as supporting documents. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was concluded that the results of this study showed consumptive behavior that occurred in social studies students in 2017 due to several factors such as price, convenience of shopping, shopping trust, product quality, and services offered by shopee.
