Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Paguyuban Naposobulung HKBP Jakasampurna dalam Mempererat Solidaritas dan Pelayanan Gereja di Masa Pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pembina, pengurus dan anggota paguyuban Naposobulung HKBP Jakasampurna. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa solidaritas anggota dan pelayanan pada paguyuban ini di masa pandemi Covid-19 sudah baik. Adapun paguyuban Naposobulung HKBP Jakasampurna dalam mempererat solidaritas dan pelayanan di masa pandemi Covid-19 terus berupaya dengan cara berinovasi agar tetap bisa menjaga solidaritas dan tetap melakukan pelayanan gereja. Faktor yang mendukung paguyuban ini untuk terus aktif antara lain, pemahaman Kristen tentang hal melayani, rasa kerinduan, rasa memiliki, kepedulian naposobulung terhadap anggota dan gereja, dukungan dari anggota dan dukungan dari gereja. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat ialah situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat minimnya interaksi paguyuban ini, pembatasan aktivitas rumah ibadah dan mengalami penurunan secara anggaran untuk menjalankan kegiatan mereka. Kata Kunci : Paguyuban naposobulung, Covid-19, Solidaritas, Pelayanan gereja. This study aims to describe the Association of Naposobulung HKBP Jakasampurna in Strengthening Solidarity and Church Service during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The subjects in this study were the coaches, administrators and members of the Naposobulung HKBP Jakasampurna community. The results of this study indicate that the solidarity of members and services in this community during the Covid-19 pandemic has been good. The Naposobulung HKBP Jakasampurna association in strengthening solidarity and service during the Covid-19 pandemic continues to strive by innovating so that it can maintain solidarity and continue to carry out church services. Factors that support this community to continue to be active include, among other things, Christian understanding of serving, a sense of longing, a sense of belonging, naposobulung's concern for members and the church, support from members and support from the church. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the Covid-19 pandemic situation which has resulted in the lack of community interaction, restrictions on the activities of houses of worship and a decrease in the budget for carrying out their activities.
