Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANTARA DAYA LEDAK OTOT LENGAN DAN KELENTUKAN BAHU TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN LONG PASSING ATLET RUGBY DKI JAKARTA TAHUN 2021 ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1)hubungan antara power otot lengan dengan long passing rugby 2) hubungan antara kelentukan bahu dengan long passing rugby, 3) hubungan antara power otot lengan kelentukan bahu dengan long passing rugby Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan korelasi Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota yang berjumlah 14 orang. Intrumen penelitian ini menggunakan two hand medicine ball throw, shoulder flexibility test, long passing rubgy test Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara power otot lengan (X1) dengan long passing rugby (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan thitung 2.24 > ttabel 2.16 dan koefisien determinasi = 0.56 yang berarti jumlah kontribusinya adalah 31.4%. (2) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kelentukan bahu (X2) dengan long passing rugby (Y) yang ditunjukkan thitung 2.32 > ttabel 2.16 dengan koefisien determinasi = 0.54 yang berarti jumlah kontribusinya adalah 29.16%. (3) tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara power otot lengan (X1) dan kelentukan bahu (X2) dengan long passing rugby (Y) dengan fhitung 0.103 < ftabel 3.88 dan koefisien determinasi = 0.13 yang berarti jumlah sumbangannya adalah sebesar 1.69%. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ARM MUSCLE EXPLOSIVENESS AND SHOULDER FLEXIBILITY TO THE LONG PASSING ABILITY OF DKI JAKARTA RUGBY ATHLETES IN 2021 ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out 1)the relationship between arm muscle power and long passing rugby 2) the relationship between shoulder flexibility and long passing rugby, 3) the relationship between arm muscle power shoulder flexibility and long passing rugby Universitas Negeri Jakarta.This research method is a descriptive research with correlation approach Sampling techniques using total sampling.The samples in this study were all 14 members.Intrumen this study using two hand medicine ball throw, shoulder flexibility test, long passing rubgy test The results of the data analysis showed that (1) there is a meaningful relationship between arm muscle power (X1) with long passing rugby (Y) indicated by thitung 2.24 > ttabel 2.16 and coefficient of determination = 0.56 which means the total contribution is 31.4%.(2) there is a meaningful relationship between shoulder flexibility (X2) and long passing rugby (Y) indicated by 2.32 > 2.16 with a coefficient of determination = 0.54 meaning the total contribution is 29.16%.(3) there is no meaningful relationship between arm muscle power (X1) and shoulder flexibility (X2) with long passing rugby (Y) with a count of 0.103 < ftabel of 3.88 and coefficient of determination = 0.13 which means the amount of contribution is 1.69%.
