Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Hubungan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap ketepatan lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS Tajur Halang, 2) Hubungan panjang lengan terhadap lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS Tajur Halang, 3) Hubungan daya ledak otot lengan dan panjang lengan terhadap lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS Tajur Halang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 15 orang dengan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu; 1) Daya ledak otot lengan diukur menggunakan medicine ball, 2) Panjang lengan diukur menggunakan anthropometer, 3) Ketepatan lemparan diukur menggunakan tes passing lambung Bobby Chartlon. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang berarti antara daya ledak otot lengan dengan ketepatan lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = 53,972 + 0,563X1, koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,613 dan koefisien determinasi (ry12)= 0,376 yang berarti variabel daya ledak otot lengan memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil ketepatan lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS sebesar 37,6%. 2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang berarti antara panjang lengan dengan ketepatan lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = -377,512 + 9,028X2, koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,577 dan koefisien determinasi (ry12)= 0,333 yang berarti variabel panjang lengan memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil ketepatan lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS sebesar 33,3%. 3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang berarti antara daya ledak otot lengan dan panjang lengan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil ketepatan lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS, dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = -168,914 + 0,380X1 + 4,085X2, koefisien korelasi ry1-2 = 0,636, dan koefisien determinasi (Ry1.2)² = 0,404 yang berarti variabel daya ledak otot lengan dan panjang lengan memberikan sumbangan dengan ketepatan lemparan penjaga gawang futsal SMP GIS sebesar 40,4%. Abstract. This study aims to determine 1) the correlations of arm muscle explosive power to the accuracy of the throw of the futsal goalkeeper at GIS Tajur Halang Junior High School, 2) the correlations of arm length to the throw of the futsal goalkeeper at GIS Tajur Halang Junior High School, 3) the correlations of arm muscle explosive power and arm length to the throw GIS Tajur Halang Junior High School futsal goalkeeper. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey research design and data collection using tests and measurements. The research sample found 15 people with a sample that was determined using the saturated sample technique. The research instruments used are; 1) Arm muscle explosive power as measured using a medicine ball, 2) Arm length using an anthropometer, 3) Accuracy thrown with size using Bobby Chartlon's stomach passing test. The results of the study concluded that: 1) There was a significant positive correlations between the explosive power of the arm muscles and the accuracy of the throw of the futsal goalkeeper at SMP GIS with the linear equation = 53.972 + 0.563X1, the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.613 and the coefficient of determination (ry12) = 0.376 which means Variable arm muscle explosive power contributed to the accuracy of throwing the futsal goalkeeper at SMP GIS by 37.6%. 2) There is a significant positive correlations between arm length and the coefficient of accuracy of throwing a futsal goalkeeper at SMP GIS with a linear equation = -377.512 + 9.028X2, correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.577 and determination (ry12) = 0.333 which means that the arm length variable contributes to The results of the accuracy of throwing the futsal goalkeeper of the GIS Junior High School were 33.3%. 3) There is a significant positive correlations between arm muscle explosive power and arm length together with the accuracy of throwing a futsal goalkeeper at SMP GIS, with a linear equation = -168.914 + 0.380X1 + 4.085X2, correlation coefficient ry1-2 = 0.636 , and the coefficient of determination (Ry1.2)² = 0.404, which means that the variable arm muscle explosive power and arm length contributes to the accuracy of throwing the futsal goalkeeper at GIS Tajur Halang Junior High School by 40.4%.
