Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor manakah yang paling dominan yang menjadi faktor penghambat lulusan SMK Negeri 3 Kota Tangerang jurusan tata kecantikan dalam berwirausaha diantaranya faktor manajerial, pengetahuan, faktor pribadi dan faktor lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivism, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif statistic, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan, yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada lulusan SMK Negeri 3 Kota Tangerang jurusan Tata Kecantikan pada Februari 2021 kepada sebanyak 30 alumni. Peneliti menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh, sebab jumlah populasi yang akan diteliti relative kecil. Maka, untuk mengukur kecukupan sampel menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS23.00) untuk menguji KMO hingga diperoleh hasil MSA˃0,50. Kemudian dilanjutkan berdasarkan uji komunalitas, diketahui bahwa nilai Extraction˃0,50. Dalam penentuan jumlah faktor menyatakan nilai eigenvalue˃1 yaitu memiliki 1 (satu) faktor. Dari hasil pengujian, didapatkan bahwa yang menjadi faktor utama yang sangat berpengaruh pada penghambat kesuksesan dalm berwirausaha adalah faktor pribadi. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, namely research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, statistical quantitative data analysis, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis, which This is done by distributing questionnaires to graduates of SMK Negeri 3 Tangerang City majoring in Beauty Management in February 2021 to as many as 30 alumni. Researchers used the Saturated Sampling technique, because the population to be studied was relatively small. So, to measure the adequacy of the sample using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS23.00) to test KMO until the MSA hasil0.50 result is obtained. Then proceed based on the communality test, it is known that the Extraction value is 0.50. In determining the number of factors, the eigenvalue˃1 is stated, which is having 1 (one) factor. From the test results, it was found that the main factor that greatly influences the inhibition of success in entrepreneurship is the personal factor.
