Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri dan sikap terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta selama enam bulan terhitung sejak bulan November 2020 sampai april 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode survei. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Untuk pengolahan data peneliti menggunakan kuesioner dalam skala likert. Variabel intensi berwirausaha , pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri dan sikap. Sampel yang berhasil dijangkau dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 310 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dalam uji koefisien determinasi variabel keseluruhan dapat diketahui dari nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,534 atau jika diubah kedalam persen, maka persentase sumbangan pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri dan sikap terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 53,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,6% dipengaruhi variabel yang lain. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sikap terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (4) terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap sikap. (5) terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap sikap. (6) terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap efikasi diri. (7) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dimediasi sikap. (8)terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha dimediasi sikap.(9) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dimediasi efikasi diri. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and attitudes towards entrepreneurial intentions in students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta for six months from November 2020 to April 2021. The method used in this study was a survey method. The data used in this research is quantitative data with data analysis using path analysis. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Sampling using proportional random sampling. For data processing, researchers used a questionnaire on a Likert scale. Entrepreneurial intention variables, entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and attitudes. The sample that was successfully reached in this study were 310 students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. In the coefficient of determination test the overall variable can be seen from the Rsquare value of 0.534 or if it is converted into a percent, then the percentage of contribution to the influence of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and attitudes towards entrepreneurial intentions is 53.4% while the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other variables. The results obtained in this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of attitudes on entrepreneurial intentions.(4) there is an effect of entrepreneurship education on attitudes. (5) there is an effect of self-efficacy on attitudes. (6) there is an effect of entrepreneurship education on self-efficacy. (7) there is an indirect effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention mediated by attitudes. (8) there is an indirect effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions mediated by attitudes. (9) there is an indirect effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention mediated by self-efficacy.
