Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan model latihan shooting untuk usia 11-12 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) model Sugiyono. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian adalah 10 tahapan. Pada penelitian ini peneliti bekerjasama dengan 3 ahli dalam bidang olahraga sepakbola. Uji validasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli yang terdiri dari 3 orang pelatih sepakbola dan dosen ahli sepakbola. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model latihan shooting untuk usia 11-12 tahun layak digunakan dalam latihan sepakbola terutama latihan shooting dengan tujuan untuk membantu pelatih agar latihan teknik shooting lebih menarik dan inovatif, dan tidak membuat atlet merasa jenuh atau bosan. Berdasarkan dari hasil validasi ahli, maka diperoleh 19 model latihan shooting untuk usia 11-12 tahun yang layak untuk digunakan dari 20 pengembangan model latihan shooting untuk usia 11-12 tahun yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti. This study aims to determine how the development of shooting practice models for ages 11-12 years. The research method used in this study is the research and development (R & D) model of the Sugiyono model. The stages carried out in the study were 10 stages. In this study, researchers collaborated with 3 experts in the field of football. The validation test used in this study was to use an expert justification test consisting of 3 football coaches and a football expert lecturer. The results of this study are the development of shooting training models for ages 11-12 years suitable for use in soccer training, especially shooting exercises with the aim of helping coaches to make shooting techniques more interesting and innovative, and not make athletes feel bored or bored. Based on the results of expert validation, there were 19 shooting practice models for 11-12 years old that were suitable for use from 20 shooting practice models for 11-12 years old that had been made by researchers.
