Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu Hubungan Antara Keseimbangan dan Daya Tahan Otot Lengan Terhadap Ketepatan Menembak Air Rifle 10M Pada Anggota Klub Olahraga Prestasi Menembak Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini sample berjumlah 20 orang dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling. Adapaun Instrumen tes yang peneliti gunakan pada keseimbangan yaitu Standing Stork Test, Instrumen tes daya tahan otot lengan menggunakan Elevated Side Plank dan untuk tes ketepatan menembak Air Rifle 10M menggunakan senjata Feinwerkbau 800 Universal dengan jumlah peluru sebanyak 10 peluru. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis statistik data yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda dan dilanjutkan dengan uji t pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Pada penelitian ini peneliti bekerjasama dengan satu ahli dalam bidang olahraga menembak sebagai expert judgement. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara keseimbangan (X1) terhadap ketepatan Menembak Air Rifle 10 Meter (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi rX1Y = 0,69 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,47 yang berarti jumlah kontribusinya adalah 47% (2) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara daya tahan otot lengan (X2) terhadap ketepatan menembak Air Rifle 10 meter (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi rX2Y = 0,615 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,378 yang berarti jumlah kontribusinya adalah 37,8% (3) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara keseimbangan (X1) dan daya tahan otot lengan (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap ketepatan menembak Air Rifle 10 meter(Y) dengan koefisien korelasi rX1X2Y = 0,747 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,558 yang berarti jumlah sumbangannya adalah sebesar 55,8 %. Kata Kunci: Keseimbangan, Daya Tahan Otot Lengan, Ketepatan Menembak Air Rifle 10M ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the relationship between balance and endurance of the arm muscles on the accuracy of shooting 10M Air Rifles in members of the shooting achievement sports club, Jakarta State University. In this study, the sample amounted to 20 people and used purposive sampling data collection techniques. The test instrument that the researchers used on balance was the Standing Stork Stand Test, the arm muscle endurance test instrument using the Elevated Side Plank and for the Air Rifle 10M shooting accuracy test using the Feinwerkbau 800 Universal weapon with a total of 10 bullets. Researchers used statistical data analysis techniques used were simple correlation techniques and multiple correlations and continued with t test at significance level = 0.05. In this study, the researcher found one expert in shooting sports as an expert judgment.Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that (1) there is a significant difference between the balance (X1) and the accuracy of the Mene Air Rifle 10 Meter (Y), which is indicated by the correlation coefficient rX1Y = 0.69 and the coefficient of determination = 0.47, which means the total contribution is 47. % (2) there is a significant relationship between arm muscle endurance (X2) on the accuracy of shooting a 10 meter Air Rifle (Y) which is indicated by the correlation coefficient rX2Y = 0.615 and the coefficient of determination = 0.378 which means the total contribution is 37.8% (3 ) there is a significant relationship between balance (X1) and muscle endurance (X2) together with the accuracy of shooting a 10-meter Air Rifle (Y) with a correlation coefficient of rX1X2Y = 0.747 and a coefficient of determination = 0.558 which means the total contribution is 55.8 %.
