Abstract

TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN CEDERA OLAHRAGA,PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN CEDERA PADA PELATIH PENCAK SILAT KOTA BOGOR ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan cedera olahraga, pencegahan dan penanganan cedera olahraga pada pelatih pencak silta Kota Bogor. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatof. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang dimodifikasi dalam bentuk Google Form, angket jenis yang menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dirumah masing masing secara online pada bulan Juli 2021.Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 30 pelatih pencak silat Kota Bogor, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data descriptive statistics dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics menentukan persentase Setelah data-data presentase diperoleh maka langkah selanjutnya yaitu mengelompokkan atau mengkatagorikan hasil dari data tersebut. Untuk memperjelas proses analisis maka dilakukan perkategorian. Perkategorian tersebut menggunakan Mean dan Standar Deviasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat kategori sangat tinggi (10%) yaitu 3 pelatih , kategori tinggi (20%) yaitu 6 pelatih , kategori sedang (40%) yaitu 12 pelatih , kategori rendah (30%) yaitu 9 pelatih dan kategori sangat rendah 0. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan nilai rata-rata (mean) 135,63 dan dikategorikan dalam norma katagorisasi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan cedera olahraga,pencegahan dan penanganan cedera pada pelatih pencak silat Kota Bogor. termasuk dalam kategori sedang. LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE OF SPORTS INJURY PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF INJURY IN PENCAK SILAT TRAINER IN BOGOR CITY ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of sports injuries, prevention and management of sports injuries in pencak silat coaches in Bogor City. The form of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The method used in this study is a survey method and data collection techniques using a modified questionnaire in the form of a Google Form, a type of questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. This research was conducted at their respective homes online in July 2021. The sample in this study were 30 pencak silat trainers in the City of Bogor, with sampling using the Purposive Sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistics data analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics program to determine the percentage After the percentage data is obtained, the next step is to group or categorize the results of the data. To clarify the analysis process, categorization is carried out. The categorization uses the Mean and Standard Deviation. The results showed that there were very high categories (10%) namely 3 trainers, high category (20%) were 6 trainers, medium category (40%) were 12 trainers, low category (30%) were 9 trainers and very low categories 0 Based on the data analysis, the average value (mean) was 135.63 and categorized in the categorization norm, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of sports injuries, prevention and treatment of injuries in pencak silat coaches in Bogor City. included in the medium category.
