Abstract

TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG PEMANASAN PELATIH PBSI KABUPATEN BOGOR BARAT ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat Pengetahuan tentang pemanasan pada pelatih PBSI yang berada di Kabupaten Bogor Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala guttman. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelatih PBSI di Kabupaten Bogor barat sebanyak 38 orang. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang ditentukan dengan mengambil seluruh subyek responden/ Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket/ kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriftif dengan persentase berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, diketahui Tingkat Pengetahuan tentang pemanasan pada Pelatih PBSI Kabupaten Bogor Barat yang masuk dalam kategori baik adalah sebesar 70%, kategori cukup sebesar 20%, kategori kurang baik sebesar 10%, dan kategori tidak baik sebesar 0%. Kata kunci: Pemanasan, Pengetahuan, Bulutangkis ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the level of knowledge about warming up in PBSI trainers in West Bogor Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method conducted by distributing questionnaires with a guttman scale. The population of this study were PBSI trainers in West Bogor Regency as many as 38 people. The sample size of this study as many as 30 people was determined by taking all respondents' subjects/ purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire/questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis with percentages based on the results of the study, it is known that the level of knowledge about heating on the PBSI trainers in West Bogor Regency which is included in the good category is 70%, the sufficient category is 20%, the poor category is 10%, and the category is not good enough. not good by 0%.
