Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan gizi dan pola hidup sehat mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Keolahragaan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui google form pada mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan accidental sampling, yaitu sampel diambil dari mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Keolahragaan angkatan 2017 dari populasi sebanyak 159 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan setelah penyebaran angket melalui google form kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data deskritif kuantitatif. Selanjutnya untuk menghitung persentase yang termasuk dalam kategori disetiap aspek digunakan rumus P=F/N x 100%. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan gizi mahasiswa program studi ilmu keolahragaan, yaitu (1) Kategori baik sebanyak 21 responden. (2) Kategori cukup sebanyak 34 responden. (3) Kategori kurang sebanyak 2 responden dan penerapan pola hidup sehat mahasiswa program studi ilmu keolahragaan, yaitu (1) Kategori baik sebanyak 44 responden. (2) Kategori cukup sebanyak 7 responden.(3) kategori kurang sebanyak 6 responden. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Gizi, Pola Hidup Sehat This research was conducted to determine the level of nutritional knowledge and healthy lifestyle of students of the Sport Science study program using a survey method via google form to students of the Jakarta State University Sports Science study program. The data collection process used simple random sampling, i.e. the sample was taken from students of the 2017 class of Sports Science study program from a population of 159 people. The data collection technique was carried out after distributing the questionnaire through google form and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Furthermore, to calculate the percentage included in the category in each aspect, the formula P=F/N x 100% is used. The results of this study concluded that the level of nutritional knowledge of students in the sports science study program, namely (1) good category as many as 21 respondents. (2) Enough category as many as 34 respondents. (3) The less category is 2 respondents and the application of a healthy lifestyle for the students of the sports science study program, namely (1) the good category is 44 respondents. (2) sufficient category as many as 7 respondents. (3) less category as many as 6 respondents. Keywords: Nutrition Knowledge, Healthy Lifestyle
