Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar berbasis strategi kognitif, untuk membantu dan memfasilitasi siswa serta meningkatkan daya pikir mereka dalam pembelajaran Qiro’ah Bashithoh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan berbasis model Dick and Carry dengan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya menggunakan tiga tahapan penelitian yaitu analisis, desain serta pengembangan, dan di antara ketiga tahapan tersebut peneliti berhasil mengembangkan sebuah buku ajar. Materi yang dikembangkan peneliti dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari salah satu strategi kognitif, yaitu melakukan interferensi dimana peneliti menggunakan informasi yang tersedia untuk menebak makna elemen baru, memperkirakan hasil atau mengisi informasi yang hilang. Dalam hal ini, peneliti menggunakan gambar untuk mengilustrasikan kosakata dalam teks. Peneliti juga membuat latihan berbasis kognitif seperti repetisi, melacak ulang, penerjemahan, pengelompokkan dan pencitraan. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab semester 113 angkatan 2020. Buku ajar divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, skor penilaian menggunakan skala Likert, dan kelayakan buku menggunakan skala Suharsimi. Hasil evaluasi ahli materi mendapatkan kategori sangat baik dengan skor 96%, dan hasil evaluasi ahli media mendapatkan kategori sangat baik dengan nilai 92%. Berdasarkan penilaian di atas, pengembangan buku ajar ini layak untuk diujicobakan di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Scientific Research aims to develop the textbook on the basis of the cognitive strategy, to help and facilitate the students and increase their thinking in learning Qiro’ah Basithoh. This Scientific Research uses a research and development method based on the Dick and Carry model with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). In this Scientific Research, the researcher only used three stages of research, namely analysis, design and development, and among the three stages the researcher succeeded in developing a textbook. The material developed by the researcher in this study consists of one of the cognitive strategies, namely conducting interference in which the researcher uses available information to guess the meaning of new elements, predict results or fill in missing information. In this case, the researcher uses pictures to illustrate the vocabulary in the text. Researchers also created cognitive-based exercises such as repetition, retracing, translation, grouping and imaging. The needs analysis was carried out on students of the Arabic Language Education Department in semester 113 of the class of 2020. Textbooks were validated by media experts and material experts, the assessment scores used the Likert scale, and the feasibility of the books used the Suharsimi scale. The results of the evaluation of material experts get a very good category with a score of 96%, and the results of the evaluation of media experts get a very good category with a score of 92%. Based on the assessment above, the development of this textbook is feasible to be tested in the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Language and Arts, State University of Jakarta.
