Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; mengetahui peran perempuan pekerja terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu orang-orang yang cocok sebagai sumber data melalui kriteria yang ditentukan peneliti. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 36 buruh perempuan dengan syarat-syarat sebagai berikut; sudah menikah, memiliki anak, dan memiliki suami. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: Peran perempuan pekerja pada PT, Trichupi Sukses Kreasi terbagi menjadi tiga; pertama peran produktif yaitu peran yang berkaitan dengan ranah publik seperti menghasilkan uang, kedua peran reproduktif yaitu peran yang berkaitan dengan ranah domestik seperti mengurus seluruh anggota keluarga, dan ketiga peran sosial masyarakat yaitu peran yang berkaitan dengan ranah sosial dimasyarakat yaitu. 2.) Perempuan pekerja PT Trichupi Sukses Kreasi berada pada Tingkat Kelurga Pra Sejahtera dengan persentase sebesar 42%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran produktif lebih dominan dimana perempuan bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti pangan, sandang, dan papan. This research aims to; know the role of working women on family welfare. This research uses a descriptive method. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique, namely people who were suitable as data sources through the criteria determined by the researcher. Researchers took a sample of 36 women workers with the following conditions; married, had children, and had a husband. The results showed: The role of women workers in PT, Trichupi Sukses Kreasi is divided into three; The first is the productive role, namely the role related to the public sphere, such as making money, the second is the reproductive role, namely the role related to the domestic sphere, such as taking care of all family members, and the third is the social role of the community, namely the role related to the social sphere in the community. 2.) The female workers of PT Trichupi Sukses Kreasi are at the Pre-Prosperous Family Level with a percentage of 42%. This shows that the productive role is more dominant where women work to meet basic needs such as food, clothing, and housing.
