Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empiris mengenai hubungan kesadaran hukum mengenai hak cipta dengan perilaku hukum terkait penggandaan buku pada mahasiswa di Prodi PPKN FIS UNJ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi PPKN FIS UNJ, sejumlah 418 mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling sejumlah 80 mahasiswa. Teknik pegumpulan data menggunakan angket. Uji persyaratan analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: tidak terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran hukum mengenai hak cipta dengan perilaku hukum terkait penggandaan buku pada mahasiswa PPKN FIS UNJ. Terbukti dari hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis yaitu uji keberartian regresi diperoleh Fhitung 1,477 ≤ Ftabel 3,96 artinya regresi yang diperoleh tidak berarti. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji korelasi product moment dihasilkan rhitung 0,136 ≤ rtabel 0,217 artinya tidak terdapat hubungan karena nilai r berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Selanjutnya uji signifkansi hubungan menggunakan T-test dengan hasil thitung 1,215 ≤ ttabel 1,990 artinya hubungan yang terjadi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah tidak signifikan. Uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh KD sebesar 0,19% artinya besar kontribusi variabel X dengan variabel Y hanya sebesar 0,19% dan 99,81% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis adalah tidak terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran hukum mengenai hak cipta dengan perilaku hukum terkait penggandaan buku pada mahasiswa di Prodi PPKN FIS UNJ. The method used in this study is a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population is all students of the PPKN FIS UNJ Study Program, a total of 418 students. Test requirements analysis in this study using normality test and linearity test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: there is no relationship between legal awareness regarding copyright and legal behavior related to book copying in PPKN FIS UNJ students. It is evident from the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test that the regression significance test is obtained Fcount 1.477 Ftable 3.96 means that the regression obtained is not meaningful. Furthermore, thecorrelation test was carried out, product moment resulting in rarithmetic 0.136 rtable 0.217 meaning that there was no relationship because the value of r was in the very low category. Furthermore, the significance test of the relationship using the T-test with the results of tcount 1.215 ttable 1.990 means that the relationship that occurs between variable X and variable Y is not significant. The coefficient of determination test obtained KD of 0.19%, which means that the contribution of the X variable with the Y variable is only 0.19% and the remaining 99.81% is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the analysis is that there is no relationship between legal awareness regarding copyright and legal behavior related to book copying among students in the PPKN FIS UNJ Study Program.
