Abstract

Dari penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh motivasi berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 50 Jakarta. Peneliti melakukan metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa SMKN 50 Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 215 siswa. Model penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis jalur, dan teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan mengoperasikan software aplikasi SmartPLS version 3.29. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menguji pengaruh mediasi dengan uji sobel test yang dilakukan secara manual dan menggunakan calculator online. Teknis analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu analisis outer model, inner model serta pengujian hipotesis dimana pengujian hipotesis terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengolahan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner adopsi pada pengujian tersebut, maka memperoleh hasil efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, motivasi berwiraushaa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha serta efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan motivasi berwirausaha sebagai mediasi diantara keduanya. The research aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship which is mediated by entrepreneurial motivation in students of SMKN 50 Jakarta. The researcher conducted a quantitative research method where the researcher used a descriptive approach, with the population used were all students of SMKN 50 Jakarta with a sample of 215 students. This research model uses a path analysis model, and the researcher's data analysis technique uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) by operating the SmartPLS version 3.29 application software. In this study, researchers tested the effect of mediation with the Sobel test which was carried out manually and using an online calculator. The technical analysis used in this research is the analysis of the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing where hypothesis testing has direct and indirect effects. The results obtained from data processing using an adoption questionnaire in the test, the results obtained that self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship and self-efficacy has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, and self-efficacy has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship by entrepreneurial motivation as a mediation between the two.
