Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab golput dalam pemilihan umum kepala daerah kota Tangerang Selatan tahun 2020 pada masyarakat Lesbelles Maisons Kelurahan Pondok Jagung. Permasalahan yang ada pada masyarakat Lesbelles Maisons angka golput pada pemilihan umum kepala daerah kota Tangerang Selatan cukup tinggi sebesar 60,9% atau 178 orang dari 292 orang yang terdaftar dalam daftar pemilih tetap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara melalui informan dan key informan, dan untuk melengkapinya dilakukan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dengan 5 (lima) orang informan yaitu warga Lesbelles Maisons Kelurahan Pondok Jagung dan 1 (satu) orang key informan yaitu anggota komisi pemilihan umum kota Tangerang Selatan divisi sumberdaya manusia dan partisipasi masyarakat. Serta melakukan proses konfirmasi kepada seorang ahli yaitu dosen Ilmu Politik Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia sekaligus pengamat politik nasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Lesbelles Maisons memahami dengan baik mengenai pemilukada, menurut mereka pemilukada merupakan pemilihan untuk memilih pemimpin pada suatu daerah yang diadakan setiap lima tahun sekali yang tujuannya agar memiliki pemimpin untuk membenahi suatu daerah. masyarakat Lesbelles Maisons memahami dengan baik mengenai golput dalam pemilukada, menurut masyarakat Lesbelles maisons golput dalam pemilukada merupakan suatu sikap atau tindakan untuk tidak memberikan hak suara nya untuk memilih pemimpin daerah.Faktor penyebab golput yang terjadi pada masyarakat Lesbelles Maisons Kelurahan Pondok Jagung yaitu : (1) Faktor Sosiologis,mereka menganggap pemilukada tidak terlalu penting dan dengan ekonomi berkecukupan dan jabatan yang dimiliki semua bisa dilakukan dengan mandiri (2) Faktor Psikologis,mereka tidak mengenal calon-calon yang sedang berkompetisi dan menganggap visi misi hanya fomalitas (3) Faktor Pilihan Rasional,mereka mempertimbangkan untung dan rugi apabila memberikan hak suara pada pemilukada Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2020. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Lesbelles Maisons sudah memahami dengan baik mengenai pemahaman pemilukada dan sudah memahami dengan baik mengenai golput dalam pemilukada.ada tiga faktor masyarakat Lesbelles Maisons melakukan golput.Faktor itu antara lain : (1) Faktor Sosiologis (2) Faktor Psikologis (3) Faktor Pilihan Rasional Kata Kunci: Pemilu,Pemilukada,Golput This study aims to determine the factors causing abstention in 2020 South Tangerang city head election in the Lesbelles Maisons housing community in Pondok Jagung Village. The problem that exists in the housing community of Lesbelles Maisons is the number of abstentions during the 2020 South Tangerang city regional head election which is quite high, which is 60,9% or 178 of the 288 people who have been registered in the permanent voter list. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection procedure is carried out by means of observation, interviews through informants and key informan, and to complete it, a documentation study is carried out. Interviews with 5 (five) informants, namely residents of Lesbelles Maisons housing community in Pondok Jagung Village and 1 (one) others is key informan one of a member of the general election commission for the city of South Tangerang, the division of human resources and community participation. As well as conducting a confirmation process to an expert, namely a lecturer in Political Science at Al-Azhar University Indonesia as well as a national political observer. The results of this study indicate that the citizens in Lesbelles Maisons understand well about regional head elections according to them regional head elections is an election to choose a leader in an area that is held once every five years with the aim of having a leader to fix an area. citizens in Lesbelles Maisons understand well about abstention regional head elections,according to Lesbelles Maisons abstention regional head elections is an attitude or action not to give their voting rights to elect regional leaders. facktor citizens in Lesbelles Maisons do abstention in regional head elections. The factor include: (1) sociological, they assume regional head elections not too important and with a sufficient economy and the positions you have, you can do everything independently (2) psychological, they don't know the candidates who are competing and think the vision and mission is just a formality (3) rational choice factors, they weigh the pros and cons when giving voting rights to regional head elections South Tangerang 2020 The conclusion of this study indicate citizens Lesbelles Maisons understand well about regional head elections and understand well about abstention regional head elections. are three facktor citizens in Lesbelles Maisons do abstention in regional head elections.
