Abstract

Kebakaran permukiman sebagai salah satu bencana yang sering terjadi di daerah perkotaan yang padat penduduk. Kecamatan Tambora adalah salah satu kecamatan di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat, yang memiliki kepadatan bangunan dan kepadatan penduduk serta aktivitas masyarakat yang tinggi sehingga jika terjadi kebakaran akan menimbulkan korban dan kerugian material. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kerentanan fisik kebakaran permukiman di Kecamatan Tambora Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung parameter kerentanan fisik sesuai Perka BNPB No. 12 Tahun 2012 yang terdiri dari indikator nilai rumah, nilai fasilitas umum, dan nilai fasilitas kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kerentanan fisik kebakaran permukiman di Kecamatan Tambora dipengaruhi oleh nilai rumah yang 100% pada kategori tinggi, nilai fasilitas umum yang bervariasi yaitu 10% kategori rendah, 40% kategori sedang, dan 50% kategori tinggi, serta nilai fasilitas kritis yang 100% pada kategori rendah. Setelah dihitung sesuai Perka BNPB No.12 Tahun 2012 didapatkan tingkat kerentanan fisik kebakaran permukiman di Kecamatan Tambora berada pada 2 kategori yaitu kategori sedang dan kategori tinggi dengan masing-masing presentase kategori sedang 10% dan 90% pada kategori tinggi dari total kelurahan di Kecamatan Tambora. ********** Residential fires are one of the disasters that often occur in densely populated urban areas. Tambora sub-district is one of the sub-districts in the West Jakarta Administrative City, which has a high density of buildings and population density as well as community activities so that if a fire occurs, it will cause casualties and material losses. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical vulnerability of residential fires in Tambora District, West Jakarta Administration City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method by calculating physical vulnerability parameters according to BNPB Regulation No. 12 of 2012 which consists of indicators of house value, value of public facilities, and value of critical facilities. The results showed that the level of physical vulnerability of residential fires in Tambora District was influenced by the value of houses which were 100% in the high category, the value of public facilities varied, namely 10% in the low category, 40% in the medium category, and 50% in the high category, and the value of critical facilities that 100% in the low category. After being calculated according to Perka BNPB No. 12 of 2012 it was found that the level of physical vulnerability to residential fires in Tambora District was in 2 categories, namely the medium category and the high category with each percentage being in the medium category of 10% and 90% in the high category of the total villages in Tambora District.
