Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui usabilitas penggunaan platfom Google Classroom pada kompetensi keahlian bisnis konstruksi dan properti di SMKN 1 Jakarta. Usability merupakan mengukur efisiensi, kemudahan dipelajari, dan kemampuan untuk mengingat bagaimana berinteraksi tanpa kesulitan atau kesalahan melalui Google Classroom. Penilaian usability dalam penelitian ini dilihat pada indikator efektivitas, efisien dan kepuasan dari segi pengguna. Penelitian ini merupakan gabungan dari penelitian metodologi kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode sequential explonatory yaitu diawali dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan dilanjutkan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada guru dan peserta didik pilihan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kompetensi keahlian bisnis konstruksi dan properti tahun ajaran 2020 pada mata pelajaran pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kosntruksi dan properti yang berjumlah 43 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil uji reliabilitas instrumen adalah 0,968. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada indikator efisien dan efektif memiliki presentase lebih dari 80%yang berarti bahwa Google Classroom dapat mempermudah peserta didik untuk menemukan informasi pembelajaran maupun penugasan dan kemudahan penggunaan fitur – fitur yang telah tersedia di dalamnya. Namun, peserta didik masih kurang memahami materi pembelajarannya sehingga menunda proses pengerjaan tugas – tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Sedangkan untuk indikator kepuasan pengguna memiliki presentase lebih dari 95% karena Google Classroom memiliki tampilan yang menarik dan sederhana untuk digunakan oleh peserta didik.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa usability penggunaan media pembelajaran online Google Classroom sudah sangat baik karena hasil presentase semua indikator hampir mencapai 100%. Usability is a measure of efficiency, ease of learning, and the ability to remember how to interact without difficulty or error through Google Classroom . Usability assessment in this study is seen on indicators of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction in terms of users. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies using the sequential explonatory method, starting with distributing questionnaires and continuing with interviews with selected teachers and students. The population of this research is the students of construction and property business expertise competencies for the 2020 academic year in the subjects of construction and property implementation and supervision, totaling 43 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument and interview guidelines. The result of the instrument reliability test is 0.968. The results of this study indicate that the efficient and effective indicators have a percentage of more than 80% which means that Google Classroom can make it easier for students to find learning and assignment information and the ease of use of the features that are available in it. However, students still do not understand the learning material so that it delays the process of working on the tasks given by the teacher. Meanwhile, the user satisfaction indicator has a percentage of more than 95% because Google Classroom has an attractive and simple appearance for students to use. Thus, it can be concluded that the usability of using Google Classroom online learning media is very good because the percentage results of all indicators are almost 100%.
