Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa baik Pengaruh Perbandingan Interval training Aerobic dan Anaerobic Terhadap Keterampilan menyerang Karateka Dojo PTI Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perbandingan dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Karateka Dojo PTI Kota Bekasi. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang ditentukan dengan mengambil seluruh subyek responden/Purposive Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui Pengaruh Perbandingan Interval training Aerobic dan Anaerobic Terhadap Keterampilan menyerang Karateka Dojo PTI Kota Bekasi Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada pengaruh latihan interval aerobi tetap diperoleh nilai thitung (0,91) > ttabel (df:9) (0,692), dan nilai p (0,377) < dari 0,5. Hasil tersebut dapat diartikan “ada pengaruh Interval training Aerobic Terhadap Keterampilan menyerang”. Dan Pada hasil interval anaerobic dengan sasaran bergerak diperoleh nilai thitung (0,6927) > ttabel (df:9) (1,682) dan nilai p (0,00835) < dari 0,5. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diartikan “ada pengaruh Latihan Interval training Anaerobik Terhdap Keterampilan menyerang”. ii ii THE EFFECT OF COMPARISON OF AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC TRAINING INTERVALS ON ATTACKING SKILLS OF KARATEKA DOJO PTI BEKASI CITY Abstract. The purpose of this study was to find out how well the Effect of Comparison of Aerobic and Anaerobic Training Intervals on the Attacking Skills of Karateka Dojo PTI Bekasi City. This research is a comparative research with experimental method. The population of this research is Karateka Dojo PTI Bekasi City. The research sample size of 20 people was determined by taking all respondents' subjects/purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Effect of Aerobic and Anaerobic Interval Exercises on the Skills of Attacking Karateka Dojo PTI Bekasi City. (0.377) < from 0.5. These results can be interpreted as "there is an effect of Interval Aerobic training on attacking skills". And the results of the anaerobic interval with the target obtained tcount (0.6927) > ttable (df: 9) (1.682) and p value (0.00835) < 0.5.
