Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan hand out dilengkapi dengan (teks, video dan foto) materi Hukum Newton dengan model Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) berbantuan website valid digunakan untuk melatih keterampilan argumentasi siswa SMA. Bahan ajar dikembangkan agar dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar yang mudah untuk diakses dalam rangka melatih keterampilan berargumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model Dick and Carey. Langkah pengembangan pada penelitian ini, yaitu mengidentifikasi tujuan pembelajaran, menganalisis materi pembelajaran berdasarkan kompetensi dasar, menganalisis karakteristik siswa di dalam konteks pembelajaran, merumuskan indikator pencapaian berdasarkan kompetensi dasar, mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran pada hand out, mendesain dan mengembangkan hand out, merancang dan melaksanakan evaluasi kevalidan produk, merevisi berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kevalidan produk. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi menyatakan bahwa hand out berbantuan website model ADI, diperoleh rata-rata presentase capaian untuk ahli materi sebesar 82%, ahli media sebesar 93,5% dan ahli pembelajaran sebesar 88,1%, uji coba produk dilakukan kepada guru fisika SMA dengan rata-rata persentase capaian sebesar 95,75% dan uji coba produk kepada siswa dengan rata-rata presentase 82,2%. Rata- rata nilai keseluruhan yang diperoleh adalah 88,3%. Ketercapaian indikator keterampilan argumentasi, diperoleh hasil yaitu untuk indikator claim sebesar 69,17%, indikator ground sebesar 66,94%, indikator warrant sebesar 67,05%, dan indikator backing sebesar 68,05%. This study aims to hand out development with (text, video and image) Newton’s law material with the model Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) assisted by the website to train the argumentation skills of high school students. Teaching materials are designed to be used as alternative teaching materials that are easy to access in order to practice argumentation skills. The method used in this research is research and development with the Dick and Carey model. The development stepsin thisresearch are identifying learning objectives, analyzing learning materials based onbasic competencies, analyzing student characteristics in the learning context, formulating achievement indicators based on basic competencies, developing assessment instruments, developing learning strategies for hand out, designing and developinghand out, designing and implementing product validity evaluations, revising based on the results of product validity evaluations. Based on the results of the validation test, it states that hand out assisted on the ADI website model, the average percentage of achievement for material experts is 82% and media experts is 93,5% and learning expert 88,1%, product trials were conducted on high school physics teachers with an average percentage of achievement is 95,75% and product trials were conducted on high school physics students with an average percentage of achievement is 82,2%. The average overall score obtained is 88,3%. The achievement of the argumentation skills indicator, the results are that for the claim indicator is 69,17%, the ground indicator is 66,94%, the warrant indicator is as big as 67,05%, and the backing indicator is 68,05%.
