Abstract

SURVEI PENGEMBANGAN DIRI GURU PJOK PESERTA PPG DALAM JABATAN ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan diri guru PJOK peserta PPG dalam jabatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Guru PJOK Peserta PPG Dalam Jabatan. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang ditentukan dengan mengambil seluruh subyek responden/total Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriftif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui pengembangan diri peserta PPG dalam jabatan guru pendidikan jasmani, yang masuk dalam kategori “sangat tinggi 0 berjumlah 0 responden (0%) Tinggi berjumlah 1 responden (3,4%), 15 responden (50%) berada pada kategori sedang dan responden yang berada pada kategori rendah berjumah 8 (26,7%) Dan pada kategori sangat rendah berjumah 6 (20%). Kata kunci : Pendidikan Profesi Guru, Pengembangan diri, Pendidikan Jasmani SELF-DEVELOPMENT SURVEY OF PPG PARTICIPANT TEACHERS IN POSITION Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the self-development of PPG participant PJOK teachers in positions. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method. The population of this research is PJOK Teachers who are PPG Participants in Position. The research sample size of 30 people was determined by taking all respondents/total sampling subjects. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis with percentages. Based on the research, of the study, it is known that the self-development of PPG participants in the position of physical education teachers which is included in the category of “very low” by 20% (6 teachers), “low” by 26,7% (8 teachers), “Medium” by 50% (15 teachers), “high” by 3,4% (1 teachers), and “very high" by 0% (0 teachers) Keywords: Teacher Professional Education, self-development, Physical Education
