Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kualitas lingkungan permukiman di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor berdasarkan parameter penentu yang diinterpretasikan dari citra. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Kecamatan Cibinong dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu menggabungkan antara teknik interpretasi citra penginderaan jauh, overlay dari parameter, cek lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik interpretasi digunakan dalam menyadap informasi variabel kualitas lingkungan permukiman, yaitu terdiri dari kepadatan bangunan, tata letak bangunan, lebar jalan, pohon pelindung, kondisi permukaan jalan, kualitas atap bangunan dan lokasi permukiman. Kerja lapangan untuk memeriksa hasil intepretasi dengan keadaan di lapangan yang sebenarnya. Teknik sampling penelitian secara area sampling berdasarkan jumlah blok permukiman yang terdiri dari 12 Kelurahan di Kecamatan Cibinong. Hasil akhir penelitian berupa peta tingkat kualitas lingkungan permukiman di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor dan persebaran kualitas lingkungan permukiman berdasarkan peta tingkat kualitas lingkungan permukiman. Tingkat kualitas lingkungan dibedakan menjadi tiga kelas yaitu klas kualitas I (baik) dengan luas 1,78 km2 (3,85%), klas kualitas II (sedang) dengan luas 16,4 km2 (35,51%) dan klas kualitas III (buruk) dengan luas 2,96 km2 (6,41%). Persebaran kualitas baik paling banyak terdapat di Keluarahan Pondokrajeg, kualitas sedang paling banyak terdapat di Kelurahan Pabuaran, sedangkan kualitas buruk paling banyak terdapat di Kelurahan Nanggewer. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of quality of the residential environment in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency based on the determinant parameters interpreted from the image. The research was conducted in the Cibinong District area by combaining methods of remote sensing image interpretation techniques, overlaying parameters, field checks, and documentation. Interpretation Techniques are used in tapping information on the variable of the quality of the residential environment, which includes building density, building layout, road width, protective trees, road surface conditions, building roof quality and residential locations. Field work to check the results of the interpretation with the actual conditions in the field. This study uses an area sampling technique based on the number of residential blocks covering 12 sub-districts in Cibinong District. The final result of the research is a map of the quality level of the residential environment in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency and the distribution of the quality of the residential environment based on the map of the quality level of the residential environment. The level of environmental quality can be divided into three classes: quality class I (good) with an area of some 1.78 km2 (3.85%), quality class II (moderate) with an area of some 16.4 km2 (35.51%) as well as the quality class III (poorly) with an area of some 2.96 km2 (6.41%). The distribution of good quality is mostly found in Pondokrajeg Village, medium quality is mostly found in Pabuaran Village, while poor quality is mostly found in Nanggewer Village.
