Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hipogram dan transformasi yang terdapat pada novel terjemahan Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet karangan Sir Arthur Conan Doyle dengan novel Study in Mikrolet karangan Agung Al Badamy melalui kajian intertekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel terjemahan Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet karangan Sir Arthur Conan Doyle yang terbit pada tahun 1887 lalu dicetak ulang di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 oleh Shira Media dan novel Study in Mikrolet karangan Agung Al Badamy yang diterbitkan oleh Phoenix Publisher pada tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menyajikan data unsur intrinsik dari kedua novel meliputi tema, alur dan plot, tokoh dan penokohan, watak dan perwatakan, latar, dan sudut pandang yang kemudian data tersebut dibandingkan untuk menemukan hipogram dan transformasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 17 data hipogram yang diklasifikasikan menjadi 4 aspek, yaitu ekspansi terdapat 5 data, konversi terdapat 4 data, modifikasi terdapat 6 data, dan ekserp terdapat 2 data. Data ekspansi berupa perubahan kata, perluasan kalimat, perubahan kalimat, dan pengembangan kalimat. Data konversi berupa pemutarbalikan kata. Data modifikasi berupa perkembangan tokoh dan alur. Data ekserp berupa penyadapan intisari unsur cerita dan sudut pandang. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa novel Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet menjadi hipogram dari terciptanya novel Study in Mikrolet. Keberadaan novel Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet sebagai hipogram sangat dominan memengaruhi keseluruhan isi novel Study in Mikrolet. Data hipogram dan transformasi terbanyak terdapat pada aspek modifikasi yaitu berjumlah 6 data dan yang tersedikit terdapat pada aspek ekserp yaitu berjumlah 2 data. Penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan pada pembelajaran novel Bahasa Indonesia kelas 12 SMA kurikulum 2013 revisi 2018 pada Kompetensi Dasar (KD) 3.9 menganalisis isi dan kebahasaan novel dan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) 4.9 merancang novel atau novelet dengan memperhatikan isi dan kebahasaan baik secara lisan maupun tulis. This study aims to describe the hypograms and transformations contained in the translation novel Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and the novel Study in Mikrolet by Agung Al Badamy through intertextual studies. This study uses a qualitative description method with content analysis techniques. The data sources in this study are the novel Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle published in 1887 and then reprinted in Indonesia in 2018 by Shira Media and the novel Study in Mikrolet by Agung Al Badamy published by Phoenix Publisher. in 2017. This study presents data on the intrinsic elements of the two novels including themes, plot and plot, characters and characterizations, character and disposition, setting, and point of view which then the data is compared to find hypograms and transformations. The results of this study are 17 hypogram data which are classified into 4 aspects, namely expansion there are 5 data, conversion is 4 data, modification is 6 data, and ekserp there are 2 data. Expansion data in the form of word changes, sentence expansion, sentence changes, and sentence development. The conversion data is in the form of word twisting. Modified data in the form of character development and plot. Exerp data in the form of tapping the essence of story elements and point of view. From the research results, it can be concluded that the novel Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet is a hypogram of the creation of the novel Study in Mikrolet. The existence of the novel Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet as a hypogram is very dominant in influencing the whole content of the novel Study in Mikrolet. The most hypogram and transformation data are found in the modification aspect, which is 6 data and the least is in the ekserp aspect, which is 2 data. This research can be implicated in learning Indonesian novels for class 12 SMA curriculum 2013 revision 2018 on Basic Competence (KD) 3.9 analyzing the content and language of novels and Basic Competence (KD) 4.9 designing novels or novelets by paying attention to content and language both orally and in writing.
