Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK N 2 Surakarta untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan efek dari sistem informasi presensi siswa berbasis digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2021 hingga Juli 2021. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui proses observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) perencanaan sistem ini didasari karena banyaknya siswa di SMK N 2 Surakarta sehingga sulit untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap siswa di sekolah tersebut. Kemudian dibuatlah sistem tersebut untuk mempermudah proses pengawasan masing-masing siswa di sekolah tersebut, pengorganisasian sistem tersebut dengan memanfaatkan admin sekolah sebagai penanggungjawab sistem dan dibantu oleh guru piket untuk mengawasi jalannya sistem. (2) pelaksanaan sistem tersebut ada dua macam yaitu penggunaan alat atau mesin jika siswa datang ke sekolah dan dengan menggunakan web e-learning sekolah untuk proses absensi. (3) tingkat efek sistem tersebut dilakukan oleh admin sekolah yang melihat kendala pada sistem kemudian membuat laporan yang ditujukan kepada Kepala Sekolah untuk ditindaklanjuti. This research was conducted at SMK N 2 Surakarta to determine the process of planning, implementing and evaluating a digital-based student attendance management information system. This research was conducted from June 2021 to July 2021. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Collecting data through the process of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that; (1) the planning of this system is based on the large number of students in SMK N 2 Surakarta, so it is difficult to supervise students at the school. Then the system was made to facilitate the process of supervising each student in the school, organizing the system by utilizing the school admin as the person in charge of the system and assisted by the picket teacher to oversee the running of the system. (2) there are two kinds of implementation of the system, namely the use of tools or machines if students come to school and by using the school's e-learning web for the attendance process. (3) how much efect of the system is carried out by the school admin who sees problems in the system and then makes a report addressed to the principal for follow up.
