Abstract

ABSTRAK Kharisma Febrian Nugroho. Kesesuaian Tata Lingkungan Terhadap Sister Protesksi Kebakaran Pada Perumahan Berbasis Cluster (Studi Kasus: Kota Bekasi). Skripsi, Jakarta: Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Juli 2021 Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui kesesuaian tatanan lingkungan pada Perumahan berbasis Cluster di Kota Bekasi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 26/PRT/M/2008 untuk mengetahui kesiapan perumahan-perumahan cluster yang terletak di Kota Bekasi terhadap potensi terjadinya bencana kebakaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Metode ini digunakan guna meneliti suatu sampel atas populasi untuk menguji hipotesa yang telah ditetapkan. Yang mana dilakukan survei terhadap perumahan cluster yang terletak di Kota Bekasi guna mengetahui dan mempelajari fakta dan kondisi yang sebenarnya terjadi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan PerMen No. 26/PRT/M/2008 menunjukan masih banyak perumahan di Kota Bekasi yang penataan lingkungannya belum sesuai, sehingga adanya kekhawatiran jika terjadi kebakaran di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut diantaranya adalah tidak adanya hidran, gerbang yang tidak dapat dilalui mobil pemadam kebakaran, serta kurangnya sumber air yang dapat menunjang kegiatan pemadaman. Thesis, Jakarta: Department of Building Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University, July 2021 This study aims to determine the suitability of the environmental arrangement in Cluster-based Housing in Bekasi City based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 26/PRT/M/2008 to determine the readiness of cluster housing located in Bekasi City against the potential for fire disasters. This research method uses the quantitative method. This method is used to examine a sample of the population to test the established hypothesis. In which a survey was conducted on cluster housing located in Bekasi City in order to find out and study the facts and conditions that actually occurred. The results of research conducted based on Ministerial Regulation No. 26/PRT/M/2008 shows that there are still many housing estates in the city of Bekasi whose environmental arrangements are not yet appropriate, so there is concern if there is a fire in their neighborhood. These discrepancies include the absence of hydrants, gates that fire engines cannot pass, and the lack of water sources that can support extinguishing activities.
