Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Diklat Penulisan KTI yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Dikmen dan Diksus terhadap kompetensi penulisan KTI guru peserta diklat. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) sebagai variabel X, dan kompetensi penulisan KTI guru sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan 100 orang guru peserta Diklat Penulisan KTI tahun 2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus isaac & michael dan didapat jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 80 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y= 45,183 + 0,606X dan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,452 atau 45,2%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil t hitung (8,026) > t tabel (1,991), dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dinyatakan Variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi penulisan karya tulis ilmiah guru. This study aims to determine how much influence the Scientific Writing Training held by the Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel of Mid and Special Education have on the competence of writing scientific papers for the training participants. This study consists of two variables, training as variable X, and teacher's scientific writing competence as variable Y. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in the study was 100 teachers participating in the Scientific Writing Training on 2019. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique with the isaac & michael formula and the number of research samples was 80 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was done by simple linear regression analysis which resulted in the regression equation Y= 45.183 + 0.606X and the coefficient of determination was 0.452 or 45.2%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the results of t count (8.026) > t table (1.991), and the results of a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it is stated that education and training variables have a positive and significant effect on the of teacher scientific writing competency.
