Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Praktik Kerja Industri, Kompetensi Kejuruan dan Motivasi Memasuki Dunia Kerja terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa SMK Akuntansi di Jakarta Timur. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan kuesioner dan dengan dokumentasi nilai Prakerin serta UKK siswa. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK jurusan Akuntansi di Jakarta Timur yaitu SMKN 10, SMKN 40, SMKN 46, SMKN 48, SMKN 50 dan SMKN 51. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 203 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis pada uji F menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Praktik Kerja Industri, Kompetensi Kejuruan, dan Motivasi Memasuki Dunia Kerja terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. hasil uji T menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Praktik Kerja Industri dengan Kesiapan Kerja, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Kompetensi Kejuruan dengan Kesiapan Kerja serta terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Motivasi Memasuki Dunia Kerja terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. Koefisien determinansi pada penelitian ini adalah 40,7% dengan demikian menujukkan terdapat pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri, Kompetensi Kejuruan dan Motivasi Memasuki Dunia Kerja tehadap Kesiapan Kerja, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to determine the effect of Industrial Work Practices, Vocational Competencies and Motivation to Enter the World of Work on Job Readiness of Accounting Vocational High School Students in East Jakarta. The data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire and with documentation of the Prakerin and UKK scores of students. The affordable population in this study were students of SMKN majoring in Accounting in East Jakarta, namely SMKN 10, SMKN 40, SMKN 46, SMKN 48, SMKN 50 and SMKN 51. The sample used was 203 people using proportional random sampling technique. The results of the hypothesis test on the F test show that there is a joint influence between Industrial Work Practices, Vocational Competencies, and Motivation to Enter the World of Work on Work Readiness. T test results show that there is a partially significant effect between Industrial Work Practices and Work Readiness, there is a partially significant effect between Vocational Competence and Work Readiness and there is a partially significant effect between Motivation to Enter the World of Work on Work Readiness. The coefficient of determination in this study is 40.7%, thus indicating that there is an influence between Industrial Work Practices, Vocational Competencies and Motivation to Enter the World of Work on Work Readiness, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.
