Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar afiksasi dalam teks berita dengan menggunakan Padlet untuk siswa SMP kelas VIII. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengujian kelayakan produk dilakukan oleh satu ahli materi dan satu ahli media, serta respon guru Bahasa Indonesia dan 12 orang siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 37 Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah materi ajar afiksasi dalam teks berita dengan menggunakan Padlet untuk siswa SMP kelas VIII yang dapat diakses dengan menggunakan gawai dan perangkat komputer. Kelayakan materi ajar afiksasi dalam teks berita dengan menggunakan Padlet oleh ahli materi mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,15 dengan persentase sebesar 83% termasuk dalam kategori layak. Kelayakan materi ajar afiksasi dalam teks berita dengan menggunakan Padlet oleh ahli media mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,14 dengan persentase sebesar 82,93% termasuk dalam kategori layak. Serta, rata-rata skor yang diperoleh dari uji coba kelompok kecil oleh guru Bahasa Indonesia mendapatkan skor rata-rata 81,81% termasuk dalam kategori layak dan oleh siswa mendapatkan skor rata-rata 88,2% termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Materi Ajar Afiksasi dalam Teks Berita dengan Menggunakan Padlet memiliki implikasi dalam pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan afiksasi siswa khususnya dalam menulis teks berita. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk Pengembangan Materi Ajar Afiksasi dalam Teks Berita dengan Menggunakan Padlet untuk Siswa SMP Kelas VIII layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dan diharapkan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa. The feasibility of affixation teaching materials in news texts using Padlet by material experts got an average score of 4.15 with a percentage of 83% included in the feasible category. The feasibility of affixation teaching materials in news texts using Padlet by media experts got an average score of 4.14 with a percentage of 82.93% included in the feasible category. Also, the average score obtained from the small group trial by the Indonesian language teacher got an average score of 81.81%, which was included in the appropriate category and by students the average score of 88.2% was included in the very feasible category. Affixation Teaching Materials in News Texts Using Padlets have implications in learning that can be used as learning media to improve students' affixation skills, especially in writing news texts. Based on this assessment, it can be concluded that the product Development of Affixation Teaching Materials in News Texts by Using Padlets for Class VIII Junior High School Students is feasible to use in the learning process and is expected to be effective in improving students skills.
