Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Jatinegara. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan sebagai variabel X dan variabel kinerja guru sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pen-dekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini sejumlah 119 guru PNS Sertifikasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik pro-portionate random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan didapat jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 92 guru PNS Sertifikasi. Teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner melalui google form. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y=56.271+0.520X dan perolehan nilai koefisien deter-minasi sebesar 0.32 atau 32%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil t hitung (6.491) > t tabel (1.66), dengan hasil taraf signifikan 0.00 < 0.05. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. This study aims to determine how much influence Continuing Professional Development has on teacher performance at SMA Negeri Jatinegara Dis�trict. This study consists of two variables, namely the variable of continu�ous professional development as the X variable and the teacher perfor�mance variable as the Y variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this research is 119 certified civil servant teachers. Sampling using a pro-portionate random sampling tech�nique with the slovin formula and obtained the number of research sam�ples, namely 92 certified PNS teachers. The data collection technique us�es a questionnaire or a questionnaire via google form. This test was car�ried out by simple linear regression analysis which resulted in the regres�sion equation Y=56271+0.520X and the determination coefficient value was 0.32 or 32%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the results of t count (6,491) > t table (1.66), and significant results were 0.00 < 0.05. So it is stated that the variable of continuous professional de�velopment has an effect on teacher performance
