Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru pada pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMP Swasta Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur. Terdapat dua variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu iklim sekolah sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kreativitas guru sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dengan populasi penelitian yaitu guru tetap yayasan SMP Swasta Kecamatan Matraman. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu proportional random sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 81 guru. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner untuk variabel iklim sekolah (X) dan variabel kreativitas guru (Y). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini melalui analisis linear sederhana, uji determinasi dan uji parsial (uji T) dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai t_hitung sebesar = 9,235 yang berarti lebih besar dari pada t_tabel = 1,664. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji determinasi diketahui variabel iklim sekolah (X) mempengaruhi kreativitas guru (Y) sebesar 51,9%. Maka dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan Iklim sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru pada pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMP Swasta Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of school climate to the teacher creativity during distance learning at Private Junior High Schools in Matraman District. There are two variables in this study, namely school climate as the independent variable (X) and teacher creativity as the dependent variable (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach and survey method with the research population is all of Private Junior High School teachers in Matraman District. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling, with a total of 81 teachers who will be used as research samples. Collecting data by means of observation and questionnaires for the school climate variable (X) and the teacher creativity variable (Y). The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is simple linear analysis, determination test and partial test (T test) with prerequisite tests that included normality test and linearity test first. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the t_count = 9.235, which means it is greater than t_table = 1.664. Based on the calculation of the determination test, it is known that the school climate variable (X) affects teacher creativity (Y) by 51.9%. So it can be concluded that the results of this study are there is a significant influence school climate on teacher creativity in distance learning at Private Junior High Schools, Matraman District, East Jakarta.
