Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Web-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) untuk meningkatkan optimisme mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNJ. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa bidikmisi FIP UNJ angkatan 2017-2020 yang berjumlah 657 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 249 mahasiswa, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Design based Research (DbR) dengan tiga tahapan yaitu analisis dan eksplorasi, desain dan kontruksi, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahapan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Instrumen Life Orientation Test – Revised (LOT�R), angket kebutuhan media, angket uji ahli dan angket uji keterbacaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu web-based ACT untuk meningkatkan optimisme mahasiswa. Web-based ACT terdiri dari sembilan menu yaitu beranda, optimisme, kisah inspiratif, pre-test, tahapan ACT, post-test, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), tentang kami dan kontak. Hasil uji ahli media mendapatkan nilai 88,6% dengan kategori sangat layak, hasil uji ahli materi mendapatkan nilai 88,6% dengan kategori sangat layak dan hasil uji keterbacaan mendapatkan nilai 87% dengan kategori sangat layak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa web-based ACT untuk meningkatkan optimisme dikategorikan sangat layak digunakan. This study aims to develop a Web-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to increase student optimism at the Faculty of Education, UNJ. The population of this study were all students of Bidikmisi FIP UNJ class of 2017-2020, totaling 657 students. The sample of this study was 249 students, the sample was taken using the convenience sampling method. The research method used is the Design based Research (DbR) method with three stages, namely analysis and exploration, design and construction, and evaluation and reflection. However, this research only reached the evaluation stage. Data was collected using the Life Orientation Test – Revised (LOT-R) instrument, media needs questionnaire, expert test questionnaire and readability test questionnaire. The result of this research is web-based ACT to increase student optimism. Web-based ACT consists of nine menus, namely homepage, optimism, inspirational stories, pre-test, ACT stages, post-test, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), about us and contacts. The results of the media expert test got a score of 88.6% with a very decent category, the results of the material expert test got a score of 88.6% with a very decent category and the results of the readability test got a score of 87% with a very decent category. So it can be concluded that the web-based ACT to increase optimism is categorized as very feasible to use.
