Abstract

Penelitian ini bagai mana model latihan lempar lembing menggunakan media bola berekor pada siswa ekstrakulikuler di SMP PGRI 207 Tugu Cisarua Kabupaten Bogor, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development, pada uji validasi yang digunakan adalah uji justifikasi ahli dengan 2 (dua ahli) para ahli dibidang atletik. Pada uji justifikasi, desain model latihan lempar lembing dibuat dan dikembangkan hingga akhirnya dikonsultasikan dan dinilai oleh ahli atletik. Penelitian ini awalnya mendisain 10 model latihan kemudia hasil kahir dari uji justifikasi oleh para ahli, mejadi 10 model latian lempar lembing. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini kedepanya dapat dijadikan refrensi untuk para pelatih dan para guru ekstrakulikuler atletik untuk nomor lempar lembing. Supaya dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap perkembangan ilmu kepelatihan dan ilmu pendidikan, khususnya dalam penerapan model latihan lempar lembing guna meningkatkan hasil dari proses latihan di lapangan dan meningkatan kemampuan teknik dasar lempar lembing bagi siswa atau atlet. Kata kunci: Lempar Lembing, Atletik, Bola berekor This research is like how the javelin throw exercise model uses a tailed ball media on extracurricular students in SMP PGRI 207 Tugu Cisarua Bogor District, this research uses the Research and Development research method, the validation test used is the expert justification test with 2 (two experts) experts in the athletic field. In the justification test, the design of the javelin throw training model is created and developed until it is finally consulted and assessed by athletic experts. This study initially designed 10 training models later on the final results of the justification test by experts, into 10 models of javelin throw exercises. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as references in the future for athletic extracurricular trainers and teachers for javelin throw numbers. In order to be able to contribute to the development of coaching and education, especially in the application of the javelin throw training model in order to improve the results of the training process in the field and improve the ability of the javelin throw basic technique for students or athletes.
