Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang Implementasi Hubungan Sekolah Dengan Masyarakat Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Berprestasi Peserta Didik di SD Negeri Anyelir 1 Depok. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Implementasi husemas melalui kelas inspirasi; 2) Motivasi berprestasi peserta didik; dan 3) Implementasi program kelas inspirasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi Peserta Didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan husemas dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi peserta didik. Jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, guru (staf humas), dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelaksanaan hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat di SD Negeri Anyelir 1 Depok telah berjalan dengan baik hal tersebut terbukti dengan adanya jalinan hubungan komunikasi yang baik satu sama lain dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan pendidikan yang berkualitas di sekolah; 2) Peserta didik memiliki motivasi berprestasi yang cukup kuat, hal tersebut juga hal tersebut tercermin dalam karakteristik motivasi berprestasi yang di miliki peserta didik seperti tanggung jawab, mempertimbangkan resiko, keinginan menjadi yang terbaik, dan waktu penyelesaian tugas; 3) Implementasi program kelas inspirasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi terlaksana dengan cukup baik, peserta didik mengenal dan merasakan langsung berbagai profesi yang ada dalam kelas inspirasi sehingga dapat menumbuhkan motivasi peserta didik untuk mencapai hal yang diinginkan dengan belajar yang sungguh-sungguh, bertanggung jawab atas tugas yang dikerjakannya dan menjadi yang terbaik This study examines the implementation of school relations with the community in increasing student achievement motivation at SD Negeri Anyelir 1 Depok. The focus of this research includes: 1) Husemas implementation through inspiration classes; 2) Student achievement motivation; and 3) Implementation of the inspiration class program in increasing the achievement motivation of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Husemas in increasing student achievement motivation. This type of research approach is qualitative with a descriptive approach method. Sources of data in this study were principals, school committees, teachers (public relations staff), and students. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that 1) The implementation of school relations with the community at SD Negeri Anyelir 1 Depok has been going well, this is evidenced by the existence of good communication relationships with each other by implementing the principles of public relations implementation; 2) Students have a strong enough achievement motivation, this is also proven by the characteristics of achievement motivation in students and the number of achievements achieved or achieved by students both in the academic and non academic fields starting from the sub-district level to the national level; 3) The implementation of the inspiration class program in increasing achievement motivation was carried out well, students knew and experienced firsthand the various professions in the inspiration class so that they could grow the motivation of students to achieve what they wanted by studying earnestly, being responsible for the tasks assigned to them do it and be the best.
