Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 7 bulan terhitung dari Desember 2020 hingga Juli 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Populasi penelitian ini ada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran UNJ yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Dengan sampel berjumlah 72 mahasiswa menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS. Variabel X1 (Pendidikan Kewirausahaan), X2 ( Efikasi Diri), dan Y (Minat Berwirausaha) merupakan data primer menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Smart.PLS 3.0, menghasilkan nilai Original Sample sebesar 0,328, t-statistic sebesar 3,712 > 1,96, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kemudian nilai Original Sample sebesar 0,525, t-statistic sebesar 6,601 > 1,96, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel efikasi diri dengan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang didapat melalui hasil uji F menunjukkan FHitung sebesar 37,22 > FTabel 3,12. terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan (X1) dan efikasi diri (X2) dengan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa (Y). Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, dan Minat Berwirausaha This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Self�Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interests in Office Administration Education Students, State University of Jakarta. Then the Original Sample value is 0.525, the t-statistic is 6.601 > 1.96, and the p-value is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the self-efficacy variable and the student's entrepreneurial interest. Based on the results of calculations obtained through the results of the F test, it shows that FCount is 37.22 > FTable 3.12. there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of entrepreneurship education (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) with students' interest in entrepreneurship (Y).Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficacy, and Interest in Entrepreneurship
