Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media buku panduan konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan siswa SMA School of Human. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Educational Design Research. Educational Design Research memiliki beberapa tahapan, yakni Analisis & Eksplorasi, Desain & Konstruksi, Evaluasi & Refleksi, serta Implementasi & Penyebar luasan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti hanya sampai pada tahap Evaluasi & Refleksi dan tidak sampai pada tahap Implementasi & Penyebar luasan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA School of Human sebagai tindak lanjut dari pemetaan kesejahteraan peserta didik. Referensi utama dari buku panduan yang dikembangkan ini adalah konsep kesejahteraan menurut teori Martin Seligman. Seligman berpendapat bahwa kesejahteraan terjadi karena adanya kontribusi 5 elemen yang disebut dengan PERMA, yaitu Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationship, Meaningful, Accomplishment. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara, penyebaran skala psikologis (PERMA Scale) untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan siswa, serta angket evaluasi kepada ahli dan guru BK. Hasil uji validasi oleh ahli materi mendapat persentase sebesar 98,44% (Sangat Layak) dan ahli media mendapat persentase sebesar 85% (Sangat Layak). Sedangkan hasil uji keterbacaan yang dilakukan oleh 2 orang guru BK SMA School of Human mendapat persentase sebesar 94,32% (Sangat Layak) dan 100% (Sangat Layak). Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa media buku panduan konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan siswa “Sangat Layak” untuk diuji cobakan. The purpose of this study was to develop a group counseling guidebook media to improve the well-being of the School of Human High School students. This research is included in Research and Development (R&D) using the Educational Design Research development model. In this study, the researcher only reached the Evaluation & Reflection stage and did not reach the Implementation & Spread stage. The study was conducted at the SMA School of Human as a follow-up to mapping the welfare of students. The main reference of this developed guidebook is the concept of welfare according to Martin Seligman's theory. Seligman argues that welfare occurs because of the contribution of 5 elements called PERMA, namely Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationship, Meaningful, Accomplishment. Data was collected using interview techniques, the distribution of a psychological scale (PERMA Scale) to measure the level of student welfare, as well as evaluation questionnaires to experts and BK teachers. The results of the validation test by material experts got a percentage of 98.44% (Very Eligible) and media experts got a percentage of 85% (Very Eligible). Meanwhile, the results of the readability test conducted by 2 BK teachers at the School of Human High School got a percentage of 94.32% (Very Eligible) and 100% (Very Eligible). So it can be stated that the group counseling guidebook media to improve student welfare is "Very Eligible" to be tested.
