Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh optimism terhadap burnout pada perawat di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tipe penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 201 perawat di Jabodetabek yang sedang menangani pasien Covid-19. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,312 > 0,05, maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara optimisme dengan burnout pada perawat di masa pandemi Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of optimism on burnout in nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative, and uses purposive sampling data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were 201 nurses in Greater Jakarta who were treating Covid-19 patients. The results of this study using the SPSS version 23 application with a significance level of 0,312 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results showed optimism of burnout did’nt affect nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
